Focus is needed to keep your eye on the prize or simply, start with the end in mind. What do I mean by this, you may ask? I mean, let’s get going…all of the small details that seem daunting will be conquered with our systems that are already in place. At Michael Lee Inc, we take pride in helping our clients transition through the entire process as seamlessly as possible. New construction doesn’t come without its hiccups, but we want to make it as easy for you as possible at our Pioneer Point Development. So how do we begin?
1. Design Process
Lets design that end product. During the build process, reflect back to these personalized, custom plans and know that the build process is well worth it. Those plans are your end product to keep you focused on what’s waiting for you at the end. David Frosch, owner and builder of Michael Lee offers 30 years of experience and puts it to good use at this meeting. We meet at the main office located at 1090 Wooddale Lane in Woodbury for about an hour for the initial design meeting. We discuss your wants and needs to get the rough drafted started. If you can dream it, we can build it, as long as it meets the city code.
Lot Reservation- At this initial meeting, it is best to secure a lot. We need to find a lot that you desire that also works with the plan that you would like to build. Held for 30 days give you times to get revised plans and pricing for your options.
Before our 2nd meeting, let’s see what is the best options for financing a build. We work with Adam Will with Tradition Mortgage to discover the way that works best for you to purchase your new home. Our clients at Pioneer Point maybe working or retired, let’s figure out together how to make this happen.
3. Review and Purchase
Our review meeting, scheduled to review both the plans and pricing. Make additional changes and proceed with the purchasing of your new home.
4. Selection Meeting
This is when the fun begins with choosing the styles, colors, appliances, electrical, etc. You name it, you can have it your home. You will have a specialist with you every step of the way to ensure this process goes smoothly with less feelings over being overwhelmed. Many of our clients in Pioneer Point haven’t purchased a home in 20 years so keep in mind we understand this.
5. Michael Lee Building Website
Your build is only finger tips away; you can access with the weekly schedule any time of day. Whether you are on a beach from the winter months or traveling abroad while you are building, we can keep you informed.
6. Final Walk through
Nearing closing, Kyle, will schedule a day to walk through your home so you understand all of the mechanicals, appliances and the warranties involved with new construction. We will also be taking note of any items needed to have your home perfect for closing day.
7. Moving Day
This is the big day that Michael Lee Inc wants you to feel exciting about closing and moving into your new home. You finally get the keys!
8. Year Walk through
We haven’t forgotten about you! Michael Lee Inc wants you to be happy so we will come back through a year after to review your home with you.
