The first step being, call us at 651-271-5470 and schedule a meeting with Kristy Esty, our sales representative for our Pioneer Point Community. Kristy will schedule 3 meetings for you, one to explore our Pioneer Point location, one meeting will be with the builder, David Frosch, and a meeting with Kristy Esty, real estate, to discuss your current home, providing you with a market analysis of what it is worth in this real estate market.
The 2nd Step, meet with Kristy Esty, the amazing sales representative for Michael Lee Homes at our current model at 9133 Compass Pt. in Woodbury. Plan for about 30 minutes for this meeting, where you will explore two models that are for sale from $330s to $390k! It’s the best price point for a detached villa home in Woodbury! We can discuss financing options now as well. Kristy will show you the two available lots and a couple of plans that can be customized to your needs.
The 3rd Step, meet with David Frosch and the Michael Lee Homes office. Your meeting at 1890 Wooddale Drive, Suite 400. The meeting will be one hour where you can explore our design center and design your own custom villa with the owner of our company. This meeting typically takes about one hour. David will ask you questions regarding what you envision in your home then the magic begins. He is so creative, he will either modify one of our existing plans or if he thinks its best, he will design a brand-new plan for you. This is no cookie cutter meeting, you can really have your say in a home and still be under $400k! This really is the best deal in all of Woodbury.
The 4th Step is meeting with Kristy Esty at your current home. Plan for about 15 to 20 minutes at this meeting to show Kristy around your home so that she can understand recent improvements that you have made or any details that could help her to gain pricing knowledge to better list your home for sale.
The 5th Step is meeting for the 2nd time with David Frosch and Kristy Esty at the Michael Lee Homes office in Woodbury. Plan for about one hour for this meeting well you will review your custom designed Michael Lee Home and get pricing for any changes that have been made. Kristy can meet with you after and share the pricing from her market analysis.
The 6th Step is moving forward with the building your new home. We will meet for an hour and review the pricing and sign a contract to build your home. Secondly, Kristy can list your current home depending on the timing that works best with your build time frame. This will all be discussed at our meeting.
The 7th Step is reaching out to our lender, Adam Will with Tradition Mortgage, to get started on the financing portion if financing is needed for the home purchase.
